3. Design Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the materials and ideas you provide for a project. However, by submitting any content to us, you grant Diko Digital the right to use, reproduce, or modify it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project.
We respect all intellectual property rights and expect the same from our clients. You confirm that all submitted designs, logos, or materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
All content, visuals, and materials created by Diko Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made through our approved channels (bank transfer, online payment, or other methods stated on our website). Projects commence only after confirmation of payment or agreed deposit. All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in project scope, design complexity, or service demand.
Taxes, transaction fees, or third-party costs (e.g., hosting or plugin fees) are borne by the client unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions, Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a reasonable number of revisions depending on the project type. Once a project enters production or final delivery, refunds are not permitted except for cases of confirmed service failure.
Cancellations must be made before project commencement. Any work completed before cancellation will attract a service charge. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting administrative and design costs.
6. Project Delivery & Turnaround Time
Project timelines are based on mutual agreement and commence after receiving all required materials and payment. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Diko Digital is not liable for any loss resulting from such delays. Final files are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or as otherwise agreed.
7. Quality Assurance
We maintain a high standard of quality for all our work. Clients are encouraged to review drafts or proofs before final approval. Once approved, Diko Digital shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the final output.
8. Marketing and Portfolio Rights
Diko Digital reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, or social media pages as part of our promotional content, unless otherwise stated in writing by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Diko Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
